I’ve been obsessing on an ultra light computer and it’s been weeks now,I think it was brought on, when I missed a lot of job opportunities like the one that I really wanted, to become part of an outsourced management, when I went traveling.   So I’ve been prowling the internet, forums, and review sites , reading on about the best netbook that is in the market. And just today, I went around the gadget section of SM , and looked around on what is available in my city, I have no plans of buying online, or having it shipped from somewhere. I made a list of netbooks that I’ve encountered in my online search and I have taken down, the HP mini from my list. My main reason for that its only available in three cell battery which means it could only last up to two to three hours, and the bigger HDD is a lot more, than what I am willing to pay. I further looked into the others like Lenovo s10, Acer with the free external disk writer, Asus eepc 1000HE that boasts 9.5hrs of battery life on standby mode, and the MSi with the biggest HDD at such a nice price. I am now more confused that ever. To go back to my list of priorities for this laptop is the best thing to do now, and start eliminating those that do not meet my requirements. First off is the weight, second is processor performance and not so much choices out there for that, third is battery life, fourth would the aesthetic value, and the last should be with in my budget for a second laptop. I am not sure if this is all true but I read something about the MSi wind, that it is different and the rest are running on N270 and with more or less same weight.
