My brother told me last week that he is getting married next year and that he is looking for an affordable home loan where he and his fiance can move to after they get married; and he also has specific requirements in a house, especially when it comes to the location, because he wants a safe place for him and his soon to be wife to build a family together. Here in Cleveland, most families prefer to live in a development because they feel safe there, but if you want the really good and safe places, they can cost a lot; and if you want to get it cheap, there is a possibility that you might be living in a bad neighbourhood; and I guess I am just saying that in order to live peacefully, there has to be some sort of compromise, and when it comes to homes, the amount of money you have to cash out would have to be the compromise. For the first eighteen years of my life, I lived with my family in a development, and I can say that these places are safer to live in especially if you have young children who are always playing about during the afternoon. Back in the old days, my brother and I used to play a lot in our backyard, and all our neighbours were very kind and loving, and I cannot remember any incident where we had a bad experience with our neighbours.   My brother asked me to help him find a home, and I told him that if he wants to live in a safe environment, there is a big possibility that he will have to pay a huge amount of money, and he was thinking that he is willing to pay a huge amount, just as long as the home loan that he will be getting is a good one with more benefits that he and his future family can take advantage of.
