As what I would always tell my friend Jean, there are really a lot of things that we should be thankful for because not all people are able to have these things and we are just so lucky that we are given the things we have right now. It is just so sad to think that Jean is very pessimistic when it comes to life because as she always says, she has been cursed by God because of all the bad things that she has been through.   I am still very lucky despite the trials that I have been through because I still survived when I went through the big challenges and even up to know, I am still happy with what I have. She is a single mother that is why I really understand if she thinks that way because I know that it is really hard for her to cope with this kind of situation because she pities her son of not seeing his father. As we all know, life must still go on even if there are many unfortunate things that happen in the world because no matter how hard our lives are, there would always be good things ahead of us and we should be thankful for those. With the government has for the mothers who were deprived of having families, it is a good thing that there are grants for single mothers and I can really say that Jean is happy about this. All I want is to give her words of wisdom so that she would also learn to accept what she has because everything is a gift from God and I am just hopeful that Jean would realize that. Even if she is a single mother, she is already happy right now and I am also very happy for her because she is already learning to accept that not everything we want would be given to us.
